Lifting
We charge based on a half an hour rate per lift, if in the Gardens and surrounding areas, as well as
how much time each task takes. Amount is invoiced mid-month and payment is due by 25th of the
next month.
We charge R6 per km
We also offer errands and shopping tasks at R100 per hour.
It’s best to reserve a time slot as soon as possible! In addition to our extensive schedule of appointments, we also accept walk-ins and last-minute errands, and if it’s feasible, we can host your child’s playdate buddies.
We need 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a scheduled time. We will still charge for the full length of time that a lift or errand would have been needed if it is canceled at the last minute.

Ballet on Wheels
Family Friends launched BOW in 2024 under the direction of our manager Kaitlyn and an experienced driver named Lana.
These two women have been collaborating with the De Moyencourt School of Ballet for the past three years to make sure your children are watched before ballet and arrive at St. Cyprians on time for their classes.
We are currently providing a lifting service, specifically for clients of the De Moyencourt School of Ballet, to and from St Cyprians as long as the demand persists.
Lana will take good care of this, collaborating closely with Terina and Susan to make sure your kids arrive at and depart from their classes on time and safely.
Your child or children will be scheduled to meet Lana and our drivers at St. Cyprians at a specific time and place. After that, they will be checked off the schedule and taken to their ballet class; the same procedure will apply for lifts that return to St. Cyprians.
When we return to St. Cyprians, our drivers will see to it that your child is dropped off at a secure location on the property. Once we get at Huppelland, your child will be escorted inside and given over to the ballet instructor.
